SM-50: Longer Version Game (Beginning 2008)

In this version each team can play a maximum of 50 overs within a stipulated time. Restrictions apply as per the ICC (ECC) rules and decision taken at all instances are strictly followed. Bowling is restricted to a maximum of 10 overs for a player, but has no limitations on use of number of bowlers. Field restrictions are applied as per international standards. Each team will play its opponent twice in its group. 8 points are given for every win and 4 points in case of a draw. T20: Shorter Version Game

Open T20 or Twenty-20 is the shorter version of the game and can be completed in about 3 hrs @ 75 min per innings and with a limited 20 over per side. Most of the rules remain as per the longer version but scaled to the shorter format. If you want more details about the game you can contact FCA or read the rules and regulations here (.pdf). We have played this format for the first time and faired well standing 3rd.
